The materials you donate will be a write-off for you - then we sell them to the public at a fraction of the cost. Our fundraising and community mission has an environmental and social impact. We hope you’ll consider donating to the coolest building materials reuse opportunity in Metro Denver!

The mission behind Project:BUILD is to explore options to create affordable housing for individuals under-served by the private market. We are exploring the feasibility to create a 42-unit affordable co-housing development community in downtown Denver specifically for recipients of the federally funded 3-year, FUP Voucher Program (Family Unification Program) who have aged out of foster care. Other housing options are being considered.

To begin the Exploratory process, we are hosting a Building Materials Yard Sale to raise awareness and much-needed funding for our Project Build! We are building community through an innovative fundraiser open to the public to be held this Spring 2017 in Metro Denver.  One of the visions of The Colorado Teen Project is to create affordable co-housing options for low-income youth ages 18-25 that include wrap-around services throughout the Metro Denver area.

If you are interested in helping with our Spring 2017 Builder's Yard Sale, we will accept your tax-deductible donation of building materials and supplies and resell them at our public Community Yard Sale in the Spring. This is going to be an exciting fundraising opportunity! We’re always trying to come up with ways to Build Community throughout Colorado for youth in transition.
